Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 3, 2026

1. General Policy

All payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Purchases of digital subscriptions/services are generally non-refundable except as outlined below or required by law.

2. Free Trial

If you start with a free trial (e.g., 7 days), no charges apply during the trial. Cancel before it ends to avoid billing. No refunds for trial usage.

3. Subscription Refunds

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis within the first 30 days of initial purchase/subscription if you are unsatisfied (our recommended goodwill period). After 30 days, refunds are not provided except where required by law (e.g., 14-day cooling-off in some EU countries).

To request: Email [email protected] with your order ID (from Paddle receipt) and reason. We respond within 5 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds for:

  • Partial use of subscription period
  • Voluntary cancellation after 30 days
  • Abuse, fraud, or violation of Terms

5. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We cannot guarantee timing due to banks/processors.
