Welcome to Better Path (Digital Hubz LLC, ID: 405593433 ) ("we", "us", "our"), a mobile application designed to support individuals in overcoming gambling addiction through personalized tools, tracking, and resources. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Better Path app and related services ("Service").
By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. The Service is not intended for children under 13 (or 16 in some jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
3. Nature of the Service – Important Disclaimers
Better Path provides self-help tools, progress tracking, urge management exercises, and motivational resources. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment. We are not licensed healthcare providers. If you are in crisis, contact emergency services or a qualified professional immediately (e.g., National Gambling Helpline or equivalent in your country).
We make no warranties that the Service will cure, treat, or prevent gambling addiction or any related condition.
4. User Accounts and Conduct
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under it. You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or to promote gambling
- Share misleading or harmful content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the Service
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features are available via paid subscription. Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. See our Refund Policy and Paddle's Buyer Terms for details. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled.
6. Intellectual Property
All content in the Service (text, designs, tools) is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including relapse or financial/emotional harm. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription/account at any time.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified in-app or via email.
